General

The south facing villa is located directly on seafront and close to restaurants, bars and supermarkets. The villa has 3 double bedrooms and an additional, optional luxury bedroom with it's own en-suite shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, large lounge, well equipped kitchen, turret room with access to roof terrace. Outside is the garden with large open and enclosed terraces and bbq. The property is fenced and accessed by locked gates. Private parking is accessed through electric gates. This beautiful villa can sleep up to 10 people.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 with twin beds and with air con. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Bedroom 3 with double bed. Turret room with sofa beds. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have ceiling fans.

Luxury bedroom with Kingsize bed and en-suite shower room.

The bedroom has air-conditioning, it is available with the main villa for the additional cost of €300 per week.

Bathrooms

1 bathroom + 1 separate shower room.

Kitchen

Oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

Utility Room

Washing machine.

Living Room

Large open plan room with a leather sofa, satellite TV, CD/DVD player. Gas coal effect fire. Dining area, patio doors leading to terrace, gardens, pool and with direct gated access to beach promenade.

Other

Upstairs study with 2 sofa chair/beds and with doors to roof terrace.

Cleaning Services

Towels and linen included. All clean on arrival with further cleaning laundry service available at additional cost.

Outside

Large terrace with table, ample chairs and loungers, barbecue. Private pool (approx 7x3.5m). Private parking, accessed through electric gates.

Accessibility

The villa was not constructed specifically for wheelchair use but is mainly on one level [excluding study and roof terrace] and has fairly good access to the promenade and road [only 2 wide steps].

Additional Notes

Property is within walled and gated garden and is suitable for children. Heating is by electric fires and gas log effect fire to lounge. Access to property is via low external steps at front or rear. Baby package (cot, highchair and baby bath) available at a cost of 50 euros. Arrival after 2pm. Departure by 10am or by arrangement if no changeover on the day.

The villa is on the seafront. Local bars and restaurants, shops, banks etc all in close walking distance. By car, the villa is 5 minutes from Torrox Pueblo. 10 minutes from Nerja and caves. 1 hr from Granada and the Alhambra Palace.

Places of Interest

10km to local golf course. 1hr 45min to Sierra Nevada ski area (some of the highest ski slopes in Europe). 45 min from Malaga airport. Under 1000km from Santander/Bilbao. Car hire not essential.

Bookings via email. 30% deposit payable on booking, balance 6 weeks before arrival, all payments to be made via bank transfer. Credit cards accepted subject to bank fee of 2%. Returnable damages deposit of 300€ payable on arrival.
