Superb south facing location with direct access from patio to promenade with restaurants and sandy beach.
Property recently refurbished. The property has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4/6 people. It also benefits
from air conditioning and a very large shared pool.

Bedroom 1 with double bed, en-suite shower room, electric shutters and air conditioning. Bedroom 2 with twin beds
and air conditioning. Double sofa bed in lounge.
Bathrooms
En-suite to bed 1 with shower, WC and basin. Main bathroom with shower, WC and basin.
Large lounge with sofa, 2 armchairs, sofa bed, satellite TV, wood burning stove, electric shutters and air conditioning.
Dining area with table and chairs.
Cleaning Services
Towels and linen provided. Property cleaned for your arrival. Additional laundry cleaning can be arranged if
required at extra cost.
Outside
Attractive gardens to front. Patio to rear with table and chairs and sun loungers. The rear is the
beach side. Very large heated swimming pool shared with other residents. Tennis courts available.
Accessibility
The property was not constructed for wheelchair users but is all on one level with easy access to the
promenade.
Additional Notes
Suitable for families. Cot, highchair and baby bath available at a cost of 50 euros. Arrival 2pm and
departure 10am, but we are flexible if we do not have a changeover on the day.

Local Facilities
30 seconds walk to coast. Supermarkets, shops, banks, restaurants and bars are all in easy walking
distance. Local market every Monday. Car hire is not essential, the bus service and taxi service are good.
We can help with airport transfers and/or discounted car hire if needed.
Places of Interest
Golf available within 15 minutes by car. Sierra Nevada is 1 hr 45 minutes by car and has easy parking
and good slopes. Torrox Pueblo 3km. Nerja 7km. Malaga 50km. Granada including the impressive Alhambra
Palace 100km.

Booking via e-mail. 30% deposit payable at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
